Below, we’ll walk you through how to get this ability. This ability will open a lot of new rooms in areas you’ve already visited and make it so you can continue on along the game’s main story path. The first ability you get, Craftwork, will open a path that will lead you to a second, arguably more useful ability - the Double Jump. Don’t recruit any of them, either.Gaining new Shard abilities in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night will open up new areas and new paths to explore. You can kill two of the heroes, but don’t kill all three. For this ending, you need avoid recruiting any heroes, kill at least one hero, and ignore at least one hero.
This challenging ending run is required to unlock Boss Rush mode.That means you’ll have to complete all levels and defeat all bosses with Zangetsu solo, and with no special unlockable powers. As Zangetsu, simply do not recruit any of the adventurers to your party.

This means you actually have to pay attention to flying enemies and projectiles. If one character dies, you’ll switch to a different character and return to an earlier checkpoint. Get this ending for recruiting all characters (Miriam, Alfred, and Gebel) and defeating the last boss.You can’t miss the extra characters, but you can decide to bring them with you or not. As you progress in the main story, you’ll unlock additional characters - usually at the end of certain levels.
